My body of work is primarily transparent watercolor. The medium is and will
probably always be what I gravitate towards most frequently. However, as I
bump along my career path, I can't resist working in combination with other
mediums.
Transparent acrylics are punchy and a whole lot of fun, as is collage with
exotic papers, or transferring images from other sources, or pouring
paint from cups onto wet paper, or painting on mono prints or perhaps
incorporating opaque paint to quiet down part of a painting.
Whether I am painting a realistic or abstracted image, I believe in using
what ever the painting needs to be successful! Truly, unless the piece is
to be juried for a traditionalist watercolor exhibition, anything goes. Below are my originals available for purchase. Please email me or call for details.
